Return Policy

Return/Cancellation policy:

If the order has not been shipped yet and you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by e-mailing us info@ITLock.org and obtain a cancellation number. Canceled orders will not be accepted without a cancellation number. ItLock will cancel your order at no extra charge. If the order has been shipped, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply. You also will be responsible for arranging the return of the shipmentand for any return fees that may occur. Returned orders must be returned in the same condition it was received. Return Policy: We value your business and are here to provide you with the best customer service. We have a 7 (Seven) days return policy. If you discover any product damages you must contact the delivering company within 48 hours of delivery to report it. Once the product is installed no claims of damages can be filed.

Payment Terms:

All orders must be prepaid by credit card, cashier's check, money order, wire transfer, or personal check. All orders must be paid in full before delivery.
