Shipping

Shipping:

ITLock.org does everything possible to make sure our customers receive their product(s) in the most timely and cost effective way possible. Most orders made with ITLock.org before 3:00 EST are shipped from our warehouses on the same business day. When applicable we reserve the right to ship your standard ground orders within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping Rates:

Size of packages and their weight can vary upon order volume. We do run free shipping promotions and discounted shipping rates periodically. Apart from any shipping promotional rates, shipping rates are determined by the United Parcels Service.

During the checkout process you will enter your zip code and your shipping cost will be calculated.

Shipping Times:

Orders are usually shipped the same business day unless otherwise notified. Estimated order arrival day (based on the United Parcels Service):

UPS Standard Ground: 3-7 business days

UPS Second Day Air: 2 business days

UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Business days are M-F, not including holidays or weekends.

Backorders:

ITLock.org has the industries leading fill rates, but sometimes we must backorder or source product from multiple warehouses. We ship our products from warehouses that are strategically placed throughout the country and in the unlikely event that products must be shipped from various locations we do reserve the right to ship multiple packages from different locations. We make every effort possible to avoid this, but occasionally is the case. If this does occur you will not be charged any additional shipping costs. If for some reason we do not have all items ordered in stock, we reserve the right to send you what we have and backorder the product(s) we do not. This is not common, but when it does happen we will notify you via email of the products backordered and their expected arrival date. You will not be charged any additional shipping costs for backorders.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and International Orders:

Shipments made from ITLock.org to U.S. territories and international destinations are handled on an individual basis for each order. For inquiries regarding international shipping please contact our customer service department.

Shipping Damage:

We will replace any damaged lock in prompt fashion, but It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon arrival. Very rarely are there any issues unless an item is damaged in transit. We strongly encourage you to contact us immediately if you see any damage. We do ask that you inspect shipments thoroughly upon arrival and prior to signing the receipt. Damaged shipments should be refused or received with notation of apparent damage. If your order is damaged in transit you have 7 days from delivery date to contact us and make us aware. Our freight carriers only allow a few days post delivery to file damage claims. If the package(s) you receive look damaged upon delivery refuse the package(s). If you receive your order note the amount and location of the damage and contact our customer service department immediately. As a result of the small window given to us by our freight carriers to process damage claims, claims made after 7 days could go unresolved and fall ineligible for refunds or replacements.

Confirmations:

After purchasing door lock from ITLock.org you will receive an email confirming we have received and processed your request. When orders are shipped you will receive an email notifying you that your product(s) have been shipped. Save these invoices for your personal records.

ItLock LifeTime Warranty:

All locks are warranted for Life. Before leaving our warehouse all door has been inspected at least 3 times for any defects and is packaged to protect the door in transit.

Should the warranted Itlock be found to contain defects as stated above, we replace any door without charge. No labor or installation expenses are covered by this warranty.

All lock hardware locations, preparations, and methods of installation must be appropriate for the specific door.

There are no warranties that extend beyond the preceding. ItLock shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages or for any amount in excess of the manufacturer's price for the shipment involved, whether the claim is for breach of warranty or negligence.
